1957, made by the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, here-
inafter called "City" and the Hedlands Junior Chamber of Commerce,
a corporation, hereinafter called "Junior Chamber of Commerce."
The City hereby agrees to appropriate the sum of 'Live
hundred dollars ($500.00) to be used by the Junior Chamber of Com-
merce during the fiscal year 1957-58 for the construction of public
exhibits and displays to advertise and publicize the City of Red-
lands, promote business and exhibit products of the citrus industry
Zro,,m in and near said City.
The Junior Chamber of Commerce hereby agrees to 2,raMe an

accounting of expenditures of said sum of five hundred dollars
($'DOO.00) in a manner clearly specifying the application of said
funds during the fiscal year. The accounting herein required shall
be filed in writing with the City Clerk before July 15, 1958.
