III THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby grants a variance from the loading space requirements contained in Sections 41.10 and 41.00 of City of Redlands Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 in connection with the use of the above —described land by the Association, provided the Association shall agree to the Covenant Running With The Land herein contained as a condition to the granting of the variance.
