COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND

The Association states that it is the owner of
property located at 22 69 89 10 and 12 North Fifth Street and
bounded on the north by an alley which extends easterly from
Fifth Street to Sixth Street, said property being described as
.�follows:
All of Lot 7, Block 12,, TOWN PLAT OF REDLANDS9
in the City of Redlands, as per plat recorded
in Book 5 of Maps, page 10, records of San
Bernardino County.

THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby grants a variance from the
loading space requirements contained in Sections 41.10 and 41.00
of City of Redlands Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 in connection with
the use of the above —described land by the Association, provided
the Association shall agree to the Covenant Running With The
Land herein contained as a condition to the granting of the
variance.

The Association agrees to construct on said property a
building so structurally designed that the northerly thirteen
feet (13 ft.) of the Easterly twenty—siz feet (26 ft.), thirteen
feet (13 ft.) in height, of the building y be readily removed
