THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day

CALIF01NIAt a municipal corporationg hereinafter ref -erred to as
the "city" and R. F. HORTON and CHLOE S. HORTON, husband and
wifev hereinafter referred to as "Owners"i their heirs or assigns.

Owners state that they own a certain parcel of land in
the City of Redlands, County of San BernardnogState of California,
more particularly described as followso*
The South one-half of Lots 1, 2. and 3 in Block Lettered
"K11 according to Map of Lugonia Park as per plat recorded
in Book 4 Of MaPso page 50, records of an Bernardino
County California; and the North one-half of lots 229
23, and 24 of said Block "KII of Lugonia Park.
Owners conveyed the real property adjacent to said
property described in Paragraph 11 hereof to Claude Thom son and
Anne Thompson on 15 April, 1958.

Owners, their heirs or assigns agree to perform aid
guarantee the perforTmance of the conditions and requirements pro-
vided in Lot Split No. 180, as approved by the City Planning

The Owners, their heirs or assigns agree to comply with
all the conditions and requirements of Lot Split o® 180 when said
land is developed for residential use and to make such compliance
within ninety (90) days after service of a written request per-
sonally or by mail from the City Planning Director.

When the land herein described is developed for resi-
dential use and the request to perform has been made by the City
Planning Director, the Owners, their heirs or assigns shall comply
with the following requirements of the City Water Department:
1. To pay into the Water Stock Acquisition Fund the
amount of Seventy-five ($75.00) Dollars.
2. To deliver to Municipal Water Department acceptable
water stock with a delivery of 2j MID/Mo.
3. Because the water main presently serving the
property is inadequate and too small, to install
a new main prior to service.
4. To comply with all provisions of Ordinances No.
988 and No. 1043.

The above Covenant in each and every particular is
hereby declared to run with the lard and shall be construed as a
real. Covenant Running With the land and the Owners, their assigns,
grantees and successors in interest, including their heirs by law,
do hereby agree to observe and keep this Covenant.
