UNIVERSITY OF REDLANDS, a Corporation, in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is acknowledged, does hereby grant
to the CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, a license for road purposes over,
upon, and across the property herein described, to run concurrently with
a lease by UNIVERSITY OF REDLANDS, Lessor, to William R. Parker
Lessee, covering property adjoining the
following described property on the north;
Description: That portion of Lot 22, Block E of Lugonia Park,
in the Citymof Redl7nds., County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 50, records of said. County,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 22, at the inter-
section of the East line of University Street with the North line of the
A.T. & S.F. Railroad RIW; thence along said North line, south 890 08s East
85.00 feet; thence North 00 522 East 12.00 feet; thence North 890 521 West
60.38 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave to the Northeast, and
whose radius is 13.00 feet; thence along said curve, Northwesterly 20.22
feet; thence West 12.00 feet to a point on aforesaid East line of Univer-
sity Street; thence along said line, South 24.62 feet to the point of
beginning.
IN WITNESS 4MREOF said Grantor has caused its corporate name
and seal to be affixed hereto by its Business Manager thereunto duly
authorized this 17th day of June, 1958.

County, personally appeared Chas. 0. Fierpoint, known to me to be the Business
Manager of University of Redlands, the corporation that executed the within
and foregoing instrument and known to me to be the person who executed the
within instrument on behalf of the corporation therein named, and acknowledged
to me that such corporation executed the within instrument pursuant to its
By -Laws or a resolution of its board of trustees.
