WHEREAS, from time to time dogs are found running at large., qpQrqry,tee the Provisions of 0pgjpgjqe Q, 1086 of the_p,.ty,_q Redlands, entitled, "PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL AND ERADICATION OF RABIES, PRESCRIBIM A PENALTY FDR TBE VIOLATION OF ITS PEMSIGH AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO, 856"; and WHEREAS., the City of Redlands does not have a pound or faci- lities to handle the impounding or disposal of dogs and that the City of San Bernardino does have such facilities and is agreeable to aid and assist the City of Redlands by the caring for, impound- ing and disposing of such dogs found running at large contrary to the provisions of said Ordinance o® 10869 in said City of Redlands. Workman: August 27, 1958 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE File: 5-110 I am attaching hereto, a copy of the completed Agreement between the City of San Bernardino and the City of Redlands covering dog pound services. Also, referring to the Agreement between the City of San Bernardino and the City of Redlands, dated January 31, 1958, for the disposal of dogs and cats in the City of San Bernardino Dog Pound, this letter will serve as notice of termination of such Agreement inasmuch as the provisions of this Agreement are included in the attached new document.
