AGREEMENT TO HOLD HAIMM S
The parties to this agreement dated October 21, 1958
are the City of Redlands, hereinafter called "City" and Pratt
Brothers Sporting Goods and Radio Station KCAL, hereinafter called
°'Sponsors." The latter parties are sponsors of a team in the Pop
Warner Midget Football League. The City agrees to permit the
sponsors to hold practice sessions on the Little League and Pony
League fields owned by the City.
Sponsors agree to hold the City harmless from all claims for
floss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person participatii
in the Pop Warner Midget Football League, as a player, spectator,
coach or in any other capacity and to indemnify the City from
all claims or judgments for damages, whether caused by the
negligence of the Sponsors or the City, their officers, agents,
employees or otherwise.
