1 propose to furnish all materials and perform all Iabor necessary to complete the following:
Demolish and remove Buildings at Texonia Homes.
W. Lugonia & Texas St. Redlands, Calif. Including Capping
of Sewers, Cutting of all Pipes and Bolts Protruding above
Floors C leanu of -Debris. Work not t'o Include Removal of
Concrete Floors Walks or Footings, Grading, Disconnection of
Utilities Water Gas or Electricity.

All of the above work to be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner according to standard'er

Payments to be made Within Thirty" (30) Days After Completion

as the work progresses

amount of contract to be paid within days after completion.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost of material or labor will
only be executed upon written orders for same, and will become an extra charge over the sum mentioned
in this contract. All agreements must be made in writing.
