THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 28th day
of January , 1959 , by and between the CITY OF
.4REDLAND6, California, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
11
referred to as the "City" and C. T. Halburg and Lenore Halburg,
hereinafter referred to as the "Owners."

The Owners state that they are the owners of property
located at 37 i. Vine Street and 19 South Fifth Street, des-
cribed as follows:
Parcel 11 Lot 32, Block A, Sub of Block 28, in the
(known as City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
37 E. Vine St.) as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps,
page 2, records of said County.
Parcel 14
(known as 19
South Fifth St.) Block A, Sub of Block 28, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, being
the south 32 feet, north 65 feet, east
30 feet of Lot 30 and the south 32 feet,
north 65 feet of Lot 31, as per plat
recorded in Book 4 of Maps, page 2,
records of said County.

Whereas the City may require the Owners to provide an
easement for ingress and egress from Parcel 14 over the westerly
four (4) feet of Marcel 11, for the purpose of protecting the
health, safety and welfare of persons occupying and using the
building located on Parcel 14.

Therefore, the Owners hereby agree to provide an
easement for ingress and egress to iarcel 14 over the westerly
four (4) feet of Parcel 11 whenever Parcel 11 or any portion
thereof shall be transferred, conveyed or devised.

The above covenant in each and every particular is
hereby declared to run with the land and shall be construed as a
real covenant running with -the land and the Owners, their assigns,

grantees and successors in interest, including all heirs by law,
hereby agree to observe and keep this covenant.
