The Owner states that it is the oviner of that certain
parcel of land in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,

The city agrees that, if at any future time less
restrictive loading space requirements are adopted by the City
Council of the City of Redlands, the lesser requirements shall
apply to the lots described herein.

61 The above Covenant in each and every particular is
7 hereby declared to run with the land and shall be construed as
8 a real Covenant Running 'V,ith the Land and the Owner, its assigns,
9igrantees and successors in interest, including its heirs at law,
10 hereby agrees to observe and keep this Covenant.
