COVENANT RUINING WITH THE; LAND
This Agreement made this _Z0 --day of 19599 by and
between J OHN BEUKEMA and EVELYN BEUKEMA, husband and wife as joint tenants,
hereinafter called Owners, and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation.,
in the State of California, hereinafter called City.
WITNESSETH:
4HEREAS, the Owners state that they are the owners of that certain real
property located in the City of Redlands, and described as:
Lot 5-1/4 in Block I of Addition No. 5 in the City of Redlands,
as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 7, records of
said County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southwesterly sixty feet of the South-
easterly one hundred thirty feet thereof, and excepting there-
from the Northeasterly two hundred ten feet of the Southeasterly
one hundred thirty-five feet thereof, and
WHEREAS, the City may require the Owners to provide an easement of ingress
and egress to and from the above described property for street purposes in the
development thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, the Owners hereby agree to provide an easement for ingress
and egress over that portion of said property described as follows:
The Southwesterly sixty feet of the Northeasterly two hundred seventy
feet of the southeasterly one hundred thirty-five feet of Lot 5-1/4, Block I,
2nd Preliminary Map Addition No. 3, of the City of Redlands, as provided in
Book 5 of Maps, page 29 Records of San Bernardino County;
That the above Covenant in each and every particular is hereby declared
to run with the land and shall be construed as a real covenant running with
the land, and the Owners, their assigns, grantees and successors in interest,
including heirs at law, hereby agree to observe and keep this Covenant.
Attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" is a Plat of the above described
