PHASE I OF THE REDLANDS SPORTS PARK
This Agreement is made and entered into this third day of June 2003, by and between the
City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Hicks and Hartwick, Inc. ("Consultant").
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree to the
following amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated April 16, 2002
(hereinafter the "Agreement"):
Section 1. In addition to those services listed in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement, Consultant
shall provide additional services to coordinate the design of the Redlands Sports Park consultants
and the street improvements, to design water and sewer improvements in the streets to serve the
Redlands Sports Park, and to prepare an access easement dedication document for 1545 E. San
Bernardino Avenue.
Section 2. In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement, Consultant shall be paid the additional sum of$19,150.00 for the additional services
described in Section 1, above. The total compensation now payable to Consultant pursuant to the
Agreement is $37,550.00.
2003. Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by June 10,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,duly authorized representatives ofthe parties have signed in confirmation
of this First Amendment to Agreement.
