This agreement by and between M. L. KNAPP and the City of Redlands,
dated the 13th day of May, 1959-
The City of Redlands agrees to pay M. L. Knapp at the rate of
fifty cents (500) for every tree removed.
M. L. Knapp agrees as follows:
1. To pull and burn all the citrus trees and clear all trash
located on the 10 acre parcel, now a citrus grove, at the Southwest
corner of San Bernardino Avenue and Church Street.
2. To provide and obtain insurance coverage at his expense, as
specified by the City of Redlands.
