Note (2) Schedule above is also to be adjusted in accordance with Paragraph 35 of the standard provisions of this agreement, Form M 82-IB 0 1973 and revised 1976, 19"19 and 1982 by California Counei of CivD Engineers&Land Surveyors HICKS & HARTWICK, INC. EXHIBIT "B" The scope of the work will be the preparation of the Plans & Profiles and Specifications for the construction of PHASE II, as adopted by the Redevelopment Agency on April 15, 1986. The design work will cover Orange Street in its entirety from Redlands Boulevard to Pearl Street and will include the Shoppers Lane design from Orange Street, west to Third Street. The work will entail the design of a storm drain from Redlands Boulevard and Third Street, along Third Street to Shoppers Lane and along Shoppers Lane to Orange Street and north on Orange Street to a point south of Stuart Avenue. The existing storm drain north of Stuart Avenue, as constructed by CALTRANS, will be utilized for that drainage on Orange Street and also any drainage intercepted from the east. The hydrology studies will be for the area south of the Santa Fe Railroad right of way and east of Orange Street for sizing of the storm drain that will be constructed from Orange Street to the existing drain in Redlands Boulevard. Traffic signal design will be included in the project for Shoppers Lane as well as Stuart Avenue intersections. The landscape plans will include both sides of Orange Street and Shoppers Lane, as well as details for street lights, bollards, tree planting, landscape irrigation and electrical plan for the new street lights. The work will also include preparation of Specifications for construction of that portion of PHASE II limited to Orange Street from Redlands Boulevard to the south side of the Santa Fe Railroad right of way and Shoppers Lane. The fee for this work will not exceed $ 67, 000. 00. The Agency will be billed on a monthly basis for the work performed. The fee does not include construction supervision during the construction phase of the project, nor does it include the construction stakina necessary for the construction of the project. The fee does not cover the cost for excavation for underground utility conflicts, said excavation will be billed at our actual costs. All printing of Plans and Specifications and any photo- graphic work necessary will be billed at our costs .
