AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the /-,-*,,day
of June, 1959, by and between the CITY OF REDLANDS9 a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called "City" and AIL IA GARD41ER and

BONNIE C. GARDff2.,.-,1, husband and wife, hereinafter called 110,vner."
`NMEREAS, OWNER is the owner of two parcels of real
property situated in the County of San Bernardino respec-uively
designated Parcel A and Parcel B and described as follows:
PARCEL t--:
Lot 9, Tract No. 2875, Valle Vista Tract, as
per plat recorded in Boo-),,,. 8 of blaps, Page 81,
records of said County.
PARCEL B:
The west 129 feet of the North 330 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwesto quarter of
Section 22,—Township 1 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to
the United States Government Bownship Plat
thereof.
WHBREkS, there now exists on Parcel A a commitment
for a water connection through which the City of Redlands will
deliver water for use on Parcel A; and
WHEREAS, O=er requires water from City for reasonable
and beneficial use on Parcel B, which is the site of O�,mer'2 home-,
IT 1.3 HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES:
1. That the City shall permit the installation of a
water meter in accordance with State and municipal law on Parcel
B.
2. That the Owner, its assigns, devisees, grantees,
heirs and all successors in interest hereby waive and release
their right to a City water connection and to any service of eater
from the City on Parcel A.
3. That with respect to Parcel Av this agreement shall
constitute a covenant running with the land, binding the owner,
its grantees, devisees, heirs and all successors in interest
in perpetuity®
