HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_19-1959This contract made and entered into between the City of Redlands and Economy Building .Maintenance Service, 411 Cajon St., Redlands, California, witnesseth: I The Economy Building Maintenance Service hereby contracts, zovenants and agrees to furnish labor and supplies necessary to perform the services as specified hereafters in the City Hall., The Economy Building Maintenance Service agrees: (a) To clean the windows every three months. (b) All floors will be cleaned, waxed, and polished two times per month. (c) The hallways will be cleaned, waxed, and polished one time per week. III The City of Redlands agrees to: (a) To pay to the Economy Building Maintenance Service the sum of $32.00 (thirty-tiAro dollars) per cleaning for the window service. (b) To pay $"120.00 (one hundred twenty dollars) per month for the floor service. We will clean the windows for the sum of $r32.00 per cleaning. We will service the floors as specified for the stun of $120.00 per month. WINDOWS The windows are to be cleaned every -three �.mid tis. FLOORS All floors will be cleaned, waxed, and polished two times per month. The hallways will be cleared, waxed, and polished one time per week. If our proposal is accepted, it is with the understanding that either party may cancel the contract upon thirty days ,notice in writing, More- over, breach of contract may be cause for immediate cancellation. We are licensed, bonded and insured and meet the requirements of City, County, and Federal Governments. Vie have experienced personnel and strive to maintain a high standard of perfomance.
