MACHINE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Charles Bruning Company, Inc. will provide service to maintain the below -listed Bruning Copyflex equip-
ment in efficient operating condition under the following terms:
1. All work will be done by qualified service men. Service will consist of inspection, cleaning, lubrication,
and any repairs necessary to maintain maximum operating efficiency.
2. It is understood that the equipment is in good condition at the date of acceptance of this agreement.
This agreement relates only to normal maintenance and does not include general reconditioning or
overhaul of the listed equipment.
3. The above maintenance does not include cost of replacement parts required due to wear or breakage
after the regular machine guarantee period. For the installation of such parts on regular scheduled calls,
a separate billing will be made for parts only.
4. Service calls will be made on scheduled itineraries, but will be arranged, as far as possible, to suit the
owner's convenience. This agreement does not include service calls in addition to the number shown,
or those made between regularly scheduled calls. Such emergency calls will carry charge for labor
and travel at the prevailing rate. Where two or more emergency or extra out-of-town calls, not included
in the scheduled itinerary, can be scheduled in neighboring locations, travel expenses will be equitably
apportioned.
5. Service provided by this agreement does not include repair of damage caused by abuse, accident, fire,
water, or forces of nature.

covers acceptance of this agreement for number of service calls and rate as shown above for a period of
one year from date of acceptance of agreement and from year to year thereafter unless terminated by
either party as herein provided.
It is understood that separate purchase orders will be issued by the owner for all parts supplied.
This agreement may be cancelled by either party upon written request at any time.
