AGREE1MMT
THIS AGREETUNT, made and entered into this lO day of June,
1960, by and between, the CITY OF REDLANDS, hereinafter called "City" and
a married roan
TED STEVENS0N/ his heirs, assigns, lessees and successors in interest,
hereinafter called "Stevenson", concerns a service connection and meter
for the delivery of grater from the City's municipal system to property
outside the city boundary.
City agrees to provide water service to Stevenson, his heirs, <_1
assigns and successors in interest through a metered connection upon the
real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
All that portion of the West 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Block or Lot 19 of
the BARTON RANCH, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Pups, page 19, records of said County.,
described as follows:
COMENCING at the intersection of the East line of Alabama Street and the
South line of ColtonoAvenue as said Street and Avenue are shown on said
plat; thence South 1 001 l0" East 9.95 feet along said East line of Alabama
Street to a point on the Southerly right of wqy line of California State
Highway No. 99; thence continuing along said East line of Alabama Street
South r 001 1.011 East 2g0.00 feet; thence parallel with said South line of
Colton Avenue, North 89 351 20" East 300.00 feet to the True Point of Beg-
inning; thence parallel with said East lime of Alabama Street, North 10 001
1011 West 222.98 feet, more or less, to a point on said Southerly right of
way line of California. State Highway No. 99, said point lying on a curve,
concave to the South, whose radius is 2750 feet; and whose initial tangent
bears South 820 071 47" East- thence along said curve Southeasterly 280 feet
through a central, angleoof 5 501 02"; thence parallel to said Eaq line of
,Alabama. Street, South l 001 10" East 222.98 feet; thence North 79 121 45"
West 279.88 feet to the true point of beginning.

Stevenson agrees as follows:
1. To exchange another water meter of the same size located
outside the boundaries of City for the new meter the City will provide
to serve said property.
2. To pay all costs of service extension to said property.

3. To annex said property to City whenever City shall request
such annexation and to comply with all conditions City shall require for
said annexation, either of said property above or as part of territory
being annexed.
4. To obtain an agreement identical with this agreement from
any assignee, heir, or successor in interest to whom any interest in
said property is transferred.
Stevenson agrees that if he, his heirs, assigns, lessees, or
successors in interest fail to obtain such an agreement, or fail to comply
with any of the above conditions, City may discontinue eater service to
said property.
The above Covenant in each and every particular is hereby de-
clared to run with the land and shall be construed as a real Covenant
Running With the Land and the Owners, their assigns, grantees and succes-
sors in interest, including their heirs by law, do hereby agree to
observe and keep this Covenant.
