HIGDON, hereinafter referred to as "Oviners", their heirs or assigns. The installation of the street improvement for Parcel A whenever Owner's property as described in Paragraph II hereof shall be improved is an express condition of Lot Split No. 196 granted to the Owner by the City. V The above Covenant in each and every particular is hereby de- clared to run with the land and shall be construed as a real Covenant Running With the Land and the Owners, their assigns, grantees and suc- cessors in interest, including their heirs by law, do hereby agree to observe and beep this Covenant..
