THIS INDENTUR , made this 15th day of February, 1961 2
by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called "Vendor" , ard Olen Hale hereinafter called
"Vendee".

That Vendor is the owner oi certain real property located in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follos:

Lot 2 - Block 1 - Redlands Town Plat
That certain mateials oened by Vendor are located upon said ere±nases
and consist of used lumber, plumbing and masonry supplies and other
construction materials. That Vendor hereby agrees to sell said used
lumber, plumbing and masonry supplies and other construction materials to
Vendee for the sum of U.00 as full consideration for the purchase thereof.
AGREMLNT. This agreement by Vendor to sell the said used lumber,
plumbing and assonry supplies and other construction materials is made
and accepted upon the following terms and conditions ghich the Vendee
h-reto consents and agrees to beep and perform.
1. Vendee agrees not to hold Vendor, the City of Redland , liable
for any damages, including all claims for personal injuries as a result
of negligence b Vendor or its agents or for breach oi contract arising
out of the transporting and removal of the said used sur)plics and materials
from the above described premises
2. Vendee agrees, within 60 dys, to remove all said materials and
supplies from the premises and GO leave said premises in a clean end
level copdation to the stisfacGior of the Building and Safety Super-
intendent of the City of Redlands.
3. Vendee agrees to secure a bona in the amount of 4200.00 to assure
that the above-described premises oened by Vendor shall be put in a
clean and level condition following the removal and transporting away of
the supplies and materials located thereupon, and that the cleaning and
levelling shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector
of the City o: Redlands.

called "Vendor", and Arlie E. Fisk hereinafter called
"Vendee".

That Vendor is the owner of certain real property located in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows:

That certain materials owned by Vendor are located upon said premises
and consist of used lumber, plumbing and masonry supplies and other
construction materials. That Vendor hereby agrees to sell said used
lumber, plumbing and masonry supplies and oter construction materials to
Vendee for the sum of 31.00 as full consideration for the purchase thereof.
AGREEMENT: This agreement by Vendor to sell the said used lumber,
plumbing and masonry supplies and other construction materials is made
and accepted upon the following terms and conditions which the Vendee
hereto consents and agrees to keep and perform:
1. Vendee agrees not to hold Vendor, the City of Redlands, liable
for any damages, including all claims for personal injuries as a result
of negligence by Vendor or its agents or for breach of contract arising
out of tne transporting and removal of the said used supplies and materials
from the above described premises.
2. Vendee agrees, within 60 days, to remove all said ma.berials and
supplies from the premises and to leave said premises in a clean and
level condition to the satisfaction of the Building and Safety Super-
