E N T M"nr mww - WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has, by motion duly made and adopted during its regular meeting on the 17th day of July, 1962, authorized the installation of a fire hydrant assembly at a location thirty feet south of the west corner of the real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: Block 78 RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO commencing at a point on EAST Line Lot 3 Block 78 which is SOUTH 000 26' WEST 660 Feet from NORTHEAST Corner said lot at intersection center lines of Crafton and 5th Avenue thence NORTH 390 27' 30" WEST 25 Feet thence SOUTH 000 26' WEST 245 Feet parallel with and 25 Feet distant from EAST Line said lot thence SOUTH 500 59' 15a WEST 100 Feet thence SOUTH 600 45' WEST 32S Feet thence SOUTH 370 10' 45" WEST 37.76 Feet to Point of Beginning thence SOUTH 330 52' 30'' EAST 405.42 Feet thence SOUTH 310 34' WEST 217.96 Feet thence NORTH 670 20' WEST 191.S6 Feet thence NORTH 200 20' WEST 329-06 Feet thence NORTH 750 32' 45" EAST 26.75 Feet thence NORTH 539 39' 45" EAST 150 Feet thence NORTH 370 10' 45" EAST 55 Feet more or less to Point of Beginning. WHEREAS, Joseph H. Kubias and Qureleen A. Kubias, husband and wife, their assignees, heirs, and successors in interest, hereinafter called "Kubias" have requested the City to install such a fire hydrant assex&Dly for the purpose of fire protection to their said reol property located in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and WHEREAS, Joseph Kubias and Qureleen A. Kubias, husband and wife, their assignees, heirs, and successors, have agreed to pay the cost of installation and 11.00 per month for maintenance, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by the City and Kubias, as follows: 1. That the City of Redlands shall install a fire hydrant assembly at the location described in the first paragraph of Recitals, herebt.—­ 2. That Kubias agrees to pay the cost of the installa- tion of such fire hydrant assembly, in an amount determined by the M Director of Public Works. 3. That Kubias agrees to pay $1.00 per month as a reasonable charge for maintenance of the 'Lire hydran-1C. assembly. Said amount of Two ($2.00)Dollars shall be added to the bi- monthly City services bill. 4. In the event such costs or monthly charges have not been totally paid, the Cit-y shall have the right, upon giving ten days notice in writing to Kubias, to remove the fire hydrant assembly, without refunding any part of the cost deposit provided in paragraph two hereof, or the charge provided in paragraph three hereof. 5. That this Rgreement shall constitute a covenant running with the land which shall be binding upon all assignees, heirs, and successors in interest of Kubias. Dated this day of 1962.
