THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 15tb day
of A = V 1963, by and between the CITY OF
REDLANDS, California, a municipal corporation, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "City" and REDLANDS HEIGHTS CITRUS CCHPANY, here-
inafter referred to as "Company".

The Company states that it is the owner of real property
in the State of California, County of San Beniardino, City of
Redlands, hereinafter referred to as "property", and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township
1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base,
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the north line
of San Bernardino Avenue (66 feet wide), with
the East line of Texas Street (66 feet wide),
thence northerly 275 feet along said East
line of Texas Street, thence easterly 920
feet, thence southerly 225 feet, thence
westerly 420 feet, thence southerly 50 feet,
thence westerly 500 feet along the North line
of San Bernardino Avenue to the point of
beginning.

Provided that Company has ezecated this Covenant Running
With the Land, City hereby authorizes its Building and Safety
Division to issue a building permit for the improvement of a
structure located on the property on the ist day of February,
1963. Such improvement consisting of a garage and canopies, shall
be referred to herein as "improvement".
IV
The Company, in executing this Covenant, agrees as follows:
1. To make only the improvement to Company's property
described herein.
2. To remove such improvement whenever removal of all
the structures in existence on the property as of February 1,
1963 is required in accordance with the City's Zoning Ordinance
No. 1000 or amendments thereto_
V
The above Covenant in each and every particular is
hereby declared to run with the land and shall be construed as
a real covenant running with the land and the REDLANDS HEIGHTS
CITRUS COMPANY, its assigns, grantees and successors in interest,
including all heirs by law, hereby agree to observe and keep
this Covenant.
