orange grove adjacent to 1-lillside Memorial Paz'k (known as the
"Polo Grove") on a year-to-year tenancy, rrom A-Qril Ist- to "C'ne

2. The Ci"L---,7 reser-ves -the right to cancel -"this agree--ment
upon one year advance notice- b-y depositing such notice in writing
in the United States Post Office addressed to Operators at 1`1e

3. That Operat-ors ivay obtain water to irrigate an,--,,
cultivate the Polo Grove by exercising City's rights in 25
shares of capital stock in Redlands Heights Water Cottipal-1y, a
CaliEF'ornia Corporation organized -to supply water to shareholders
in m-u�-uality.

4. That Ci-tv will be held harmless in tl)e event of an-y
su-i-'L- or claini against Cit_-Y, its agents, e1mp1c)vees, or

con-Clractors in the operation of this grove.
5. That Operators will- disc',Llarge all experses, including
lwal�er assessments, in connec-IC-ion with -F_ari��Ang t1his grove, and
that 50% of all pro_'Firts f-rom t'll-le sale o.F! .2'rui-Cl harvested fi:7om
--'-le grove shall be paid to the Citv's Cemetery General Fui)d_
6. That all books or records kept on this operation
shall be available at reasonable tines -For b-v the
