LOCATION AGREEMENT
NAVISTAR AERODIRECTORY

hereinafter called the COMPANY, hereby agrees to install at
hereinafter called the LOCATION, one NAVISTAR AERODIRECTORY of
the_H%'=Mgj C4.T XBDR=L a rea.
The NAVISTAR AERODIRECTORY will consist of an aerial view and directory
board listing public buildings, offices, schools, recreation, etc., as well as
selected businesses and services available in the area. A push-button "loca-
tor" switch next to each listing on the directory board will operate a light
on the aerial view to indicate locations. A red light also appears on the
directory to indicate the location of the directory.
1. The LOCATION agrees to the placement of the above display in, on, or about their offices and/or
such other location as may be mutually agreed upon, and hereby agrees, whenever possible, fo give
a minimum of thirty days notice effecting any change in location.
2. The COMPANY (its successors and assigns) agrees:
a. To revise and/or replace the aerial views and listings annually or as needed to assure a current
source of information. Securing photography, public and business listings, construction, maintenance
and servicing will be the sole responsibility of the COMPANY.
b. To comply with and conform to all laws and ordinances, municipal, state and federal, and any and
all lawful requirements and orders of any properly -constituted municipal, state or federal board
of authority, present or future, in -any wise relating to the condition, use or location of the
AERODIRECTORY to the perfect exoneration from liability of the LOCATION.
c. To commence on or about the— Wday of FaRtTAC7� Y , 196_1_ or within a
reasonable time thereafter and carry to completion with all due diligence the erection of the
AERODIRECTORY on the location indicated in the first paragraph hereof.
d. To hold and save the LOCATION harmless from any and all loss or damage which may be
occasioned to any property and will hold and save said abovementioned persons harmless from
any and all loss or damage, or claim therefor, arising from personal injuries received by any
person or persons whomsoever by reason of the installation of the AERODIRECTORY,
3. The NAVISTAR AERODIRECTORY shall remain sole property of the COMPANY.
4. Failure of the COMPANY to comply with this agreement is cause for the LOCATION to terminate
this agreement and request removal of the NAVISTAR AERODIRECTORY. Thirty (30) days written
notice is required.
S. The COMPANY reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove the AERODIRECTORY from
the location; however, upon removal of the AERODIRECTORY the COMPANY shall repair any damages
to property caused by such removal.
G.The location shall have the right to lbermi.nate this location
