COVENANT TO PROVIDE MASONRY WALL
ALONG ABUTTING PROPERTY LINES
WHEREAS, conditional use permit No. 82 has been issued by
the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation, to the under-
signed International Church of the; Foursquare Gospel, a
Religious Corporation, and
IvTIEREAS, one of the requirements for issuance of said permit
is that a six (6) foot high solid masonry wall shall be provided
along abutting property lines,and reduced to three (3) feet high
at the front setback lines of the hereinafter described propertyt
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the issuance of said
permit, and other valuable considerations)
International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, a Religious
Corporation, does hereby covenant and promise the City of Redlands,
a 1�,Iunicipal Corporation, that a six (6) foot high solid masonry
wall abutting the property lines, reduced to three (3) feet high
at the front setback lines will be built by the undersigned as
soon as the abutting residential property commences development.
This covenant runs with the land and affects the following
described property located in San Bernardino County; said property
is described as follows:
The West Half of Lot 47, University Tract,
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
California.
