The City of Redlands agrees to pay Mr. Edward Barnett of Citation
Construction Company the sum of $10,000 for two reservoir sites consisting
of approximately 1.6 acres and detailed more specifically on the tentative
map submitted for Council approval on August 4, 1964. Citation Construction
Company will give the city an easement for ingress and egress to the
3 million gallon reservoir site and will install all improvements required
for the subdivision *ncluding but not limited to streets, curbs, sidewalks,
street lights, and any other facility required throughout the tract.
The city will construct the 3 million gallon reservoir and the trans-
mission line to connect this facility to the city system. Citation
Construction Company will construct the 11 million gallon reservoir subject
to reimbursement over a 5 year period with no interest.
