RECITALS
This Agreement, by and between the City of Redlands,
hereinafter called "City", and Business Aden's Investment Corporation,
hereinafter called "BMI", is dated the 31st day of August, 1064,
1. "BMI11 desires to obtain adequate water service to operate
a sprinkling system in its building at 1620 Colton Avenue, which
sprinkling system is required in the lease executed by BMI and the
Kinder Furniture Manufacturing Company,
2. The City Council desires to stimulate the growth of
industrial development in the City of Redlands.
COVENANTS
For and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein
contained, City and BMI agree as follows:
1. City shall install an adequate slater I'ne to provide
the desired fire protection.

2. BMI shall pay the sum of--4�4;-94,-W he rate of

$2.50 per foot for their entire frontage of ', fi _fee , to the City
prior to making any connection, to said water line.
3. BMI shall pay all other connection and meter charges
required for service to its building.
4. City shall proceed as rapidly as possible to install
the water line.
