AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE TAX DEEDED LAND
THIS AGREEMENT, made on the day of a 1965,
by and between the Board of Supervisors of the Coun of San
Bernardino, State of California, and the City of Re Lands, pursuant
to the provisions of Division 1, Fart 6, Chapter 8, of the Revenue
and Taxation Code.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the real property situated within the City of Redlands
County of San Bernardino, State of California, hereinafter set
forth in Exhibit "A", attached to and made a part hereof, has
been deeded to the State of California for the non, -payment of
delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS, such deed to the State for taxes includes taxes
levied by the City of Redlands, the taxes of which on the property
are collected by the County officers;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows:
1. That as provided by Section 3800 of the Revenue and
Taxation Code, the cost of giving notice of this agreement shall
be paid by the City of Redlands.
2, That the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Bernardino agrees to sell to said City of Redlands and said
City of Redlands agrees to purchase from said County the parcel
of Property hereinafter set out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, which shall not have been redeemed as
provided in the Revenue and Taxation Code, upon payment by said
City to the Tax Collector of said County the sum set forth in
said Exhibit after the description of the property and design-
ated "Purchase Price", within 30 days after this agreement
becomes effective.
3. That said City of Redlands will not share in the
distribution of the payment required by this agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused their
respective names to be hereurto subscribed and their respective
seals to be hereto affixed by their respective officers ther-
unto duly authorized.

WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino has
requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval and
authority for selling at public sale certain tax --deeded property here-
tofore deeded to the State of California, and
WHEREAS, said list of parcels of property as described in Sale Folio
#308 includes the following described property in the City of Redlands,
to -wit.
