QUARTERLY MACHINE INSPECTION AGREEMENT
Pitney -Bowes, Inc., agrees to render quarterly inspection service on the machine(s) listed and at the annual rate (s) speci-
fied, and to provide without further charge up to a maximum of eight special calls, under the following terms and conditions:
To clean, oil, adjust and test each machine once each calendar quarter, furnishing all necessary lubricants.
To install during any inspection call, "consumable" parts such as ink rollers, moistener brushes, feed belts, separator
and impression rubbers or Mail Opener knives at established prices but without extra charge for service time.
Additional service required, authorized and rendered, will be charged at established prices for parts and labor.
When the equipment covered is located more than 25 miles from a Branch Office or established point of service, an
additional charge for travel time and expense is included in the total annual rate.
This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Company at its Home Office and will remain in force until cancelled
in writing by either party. If cancelled, the unearned portion of any advance paymenr will a refunded. —
