RELEASE
This Release is executed on February , 1966, at
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California.
In consideration of the use of the San Bernardino County
Highway Yard, 825 East Third Street, San Bernardino, by the
City of Redlands for the public auction of some of its used
vehicles on Saturday, Larch 19, 1966, the City of Redlands
agrees that:
1. It will hold the County of San Bernardino harmless
and indemnify said county for any liability, contractual,
tortious or statutory, arising from the public'auct-ion
of said City°s vehicles, whether occasioned by the acts
or failure to act, of said City, its employees, or its
agents, and
2. It will independently contract with the auctioneer
for all arrangements in respect to the sale of its
vehicles.
