"Aviation",
WHEREAS, the City owns the land within the airport.
as set forth in the Municipal Airport Master Plan;
and,
WHEREAS, the City is desiro'.;'s of a rai'g ,nCJ for the
operation of aircraft Tee -Hangars and aircraft Tie -
down facilities at Redlands rys

WHEREAS, the efficient management of these facilities
for protection of aircraft will greatly benefit the

WHEREAS, "Aviation" is de ' rous 6 accepting the

with the aircraft Tee -Hangars and Tie -Down facilitiesat Redlatds Municipal Airport.

Terms of Agreement--
This agreement shall commence on ,
1966, and shall coi'?-i_?nue unless termAna4ed
:may .30 days written notice by either "City"
or "Aviation".

3. Management Duties of "Aviation":
(a) ".Aviation" is not an employee or
agent of the "City". Aviation
employees are not City Employees,
(b) Aviation will submit to City, as
of the last day of each month, by
the 5th of the following month, a
list of all occupants of permanent
Tie-Do-.vn and Tee -hangar locations.
List will be in same format as
County Assessor's list, and in
addition, will indicate space
designation occupied. Forms for
this report will be furnished by
City.
(c1 Aviation will also indicate on this
monthly listing any additions or
deletions since the previous list,
and date of occupancy or vacations
of space involved.

Tie -Down tees and issue receipts as
specified by City.
(e) :aviation will accept rent payments
offered by permanent Tie -Down or
Tee --flan ar rentors, and issue receipts
specified by City.
(f) .Aviation will turn ovor all monies
collected in (d) and (e), above to
City Treasurer at least once each
wee,, together with duplicate copies
of receipts issued.
(gAviation will direct transient to
transient Tie -Down locations, and
prevent transients from occupying
permanently rented "fie -Down and Tee-
Ilangar locations.
(h)' Aviation will generally provide cor-
dial, well-mannered, helpful service
to all users of the airport. Employees
of Aviation who deal with the users of
the airport will be clean-shaven, neat
and dressed in presentable work uni-
forms. Aviation employees who deal
with airport users will bear in mind
that they are considered an example of
the type of individual who lives in
Redlands. Aviation will report all
incidents requiring City action to the
office of the City Manager, City of
Redlands.
(i) Aviation will arrange to maintain the
numbered designation on each Tie -Down
space and Tee -Hangar, using City -
supplied materials.
C. Responsibilities of City:
(a) To bill all permanent rentors of Tee -
Hangar and Tie -Down spaces, and will be
'responsible to collect rent.-
(b) To provide any maintenance required for
Tee -Hangar and Tie -Down spaces.
5. Compensation:
City agrees to pay Aviation, on 10th day of
each month, the following payment for services
rendered the previous month:

$1.00 of each $1.25 collected from
Transient Aircraft Tie -Down Occupancy.
This provision to be applicable only
to a maximum of 9 transient aircraft
tie -down spaces.
6. Liability:
Aviation agrees to indemnify and save harmless
the City, its officers, agents and employees from
and against any and all claims, demands, loss or
liability of any kind or nature which the City, its
officers, agents and employees, or any of them
may sustain or incur or which may be imposed on
any of there for iN jury or death of persons or
damage to property in the performance of manage-
ment duties described herein,.
Assignment:
This agreement is not assignable or salable.
IN WITNESS UEREOP, THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE EXECUTED THIS
