The Commission, its assigns, grantees or sucoessors in interest ar-reeo
as follows:
1. To use said Premises only for the sole and eyclusivc purpose of
ol'fice apace for the 7edlands Contact Re.ferrai Station; and the Redlands Teen Op-
portu��ity Post of the Dependency Prevention Conmission. No specific parking privi-
leges arc: g7anted by this lease.

si,ilting from any accident thereon or on inatint7, from, on, in, or about said prem-
ise^, and the Ci.tly shall not to liable for any damage, loss or injury to any person
suffered on, in, or about, the same by reason of any present, fututre, latent or other

portion thereor.

a 30--da.y notice in writ --in either 'by personal delivery or
registered mail. It is agreed that if default small be .made
in any of the covenants herein contained, it shall then be
proper for the City, or its agents, to re-en.te:�r the said pz°em-n

9. Accepance of this Agreement hereby cancels 'Llhe A0--cement 01
Rental between the City and the Co=idi3sion, dated October 6, 1965.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT OF RENTAL
This Agreement, made this 13th day of SePterilrer , 1966, by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the
Ci.tyq and the Dependency Prevention Commission (DPC), an agency of the United
States Government, hereinafter called the Commission, amends the Agreement
of Rental between the City and the Commission dated July 12, 1966,
The "Witnesseth" paragraph on page 1 of the Rental Agreement is hereby
amended by adding the following provision:
"The following additional rooms at the Hall of Justice, 215 North Fifth
Street, Redlands, California, are rented by the City to the Commission:
"I room, formerly the Office of the Chief of Police (to be used by
the DPC Redlands Teen Opportunity Post)
1 room, formerly the Office of Investigation Division, Police
Department (to be used by the DPC Redlands Peen Opportunity Post)"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Redlands has caused this Amendment to the
Agreement of Rental to be executed and to be signed by its City Manager and
the Dependency Prevention Commission has hereunto set its hand the day and
year first above written.

AMENDMENT #2 TO AGREEMENT OF RENTAL,
This Agreement, made this 26th day of September , 1967, by
and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, here-
inafter called the City_, and the Dependency Prevention Commission
(DPC), an agency of the United States Government, hereinafter called
the Commission, amends the Agreement of Rental dated July 12, 1966,
and Amendment thereto dated September 13, 1966, between the City
and the Commission.
The "Witnesseth" paragraph on page 1 of the Rental Agreement
is hereby changed to read as follows:
"Witnesseth:
That for/and in consideration of valuable considerations,
the receipt of which is acknowledged, and the performance of
the covenants herein contained in the manner hereinafter
specified, the City does hereby rent to the Commission the
following space in the Hall of Justice, 215 North Fifth
Street, Redlands, California:
The east wing of the Hall of Justice building, in-
cluding the basement under the east wing. The courtyard
between the east and west wings, and the entire west wing
are excluded.
All other paragraphs, #1 through #8 remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Redlands has caused this Amendment
to the Agreement of Rental to be executed and to be signed by its
City Manager and the Dependency Prevention Commission has here-
unto set its hand the day and year first above written.
