The parties to this agreement of employment are �,'rS, Oda Emile

1. Emnployer agrees to perform as foliovrss
to To provide living quarters without cost for employee
in the apartment house owned by employes at 68 �iu:-eka Street in the
City of Redlands or in lieu thereof a nonthly gayment for services
aer-formed under this contract ^ay be made by the employer to the
employee at the rate of sixty dollars ("6O.00) per month. Part of
a month will be prorated.
2. To extend v;orkman7s compensation insurance coverage
to employee.

owned by employer in the City of Redlands: 68 Eureka Street, 28
Grant Street, and 32 Eureka Street.
20 To maintain the grounds at 68 Eureka Street in a

3. To make such minor repairs within apartment douse at
68 Eurelka Street as the employer shall require. Material required
will be furnished by employer.
4. To put any rooms which shall be vacated in any of
the three locations listed in paragraph 1, above, in a condition for
rcre�_tal by employer by proper cleaning and maintenance of such
vacated rooms. Payment for such services shall be as follows:

Painting will be paid for at the rate of
$2.00 per hour, the City furnishing all
materials.
b. 28 Grant Street and 32 Eureka Street properties.
Cleaning and painting will be paid for at
the rate of �2e00 per hour, the City furnish-
ing all materials.
5. Axrange to advertise all vacancies in the local news-
papers. Bills for advertising to be sent to the City LTanager for
payment.
6. Accept any rent payments offered by tenants and issue
a receipt using a City -furnished official receipt book. Rentals so
collected will be turned over to the City Treasurer on the next
working day after collection.
TIIo The parties hereto agree that the reasonable rental value
of the room provided employee in the apartment house herein de-
scribed is the sum of sixty dollars ($60.00) per month.
