That certain agreement for the dedication of land and street
improvements executed on July 2, 1963 between JAMES W. SIMONDS
and the CITY OF REDLANDS is hereby cancelled and released, the
obligations thereunder having been fully satisfied and discharged, and
the written agreement recorded as Instrument #518 on December 19, 1963
in Book 6051, Page 254, Official Records of San Bernardino County,
California is hereby satisfied and discharged.

On November 16 , 1966, before me, the undersigned,
a Notary Public in and for said County and State, personally appeared
Waldo F. Burroughs, known to me to be the Mayor of the municipal
corporation that executed the within instrument, and known to me to be
the person who executed the within instrument on behalf of the municipal
corporation therein named, and acknowledged to me that such municipal
corporation executed the within instrument pursuant to its by-laws or a
resolution of its City Council.
