Dear Sir
We propose to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to complete the following.
Rental of 20 x 20 feature display at the 1962 N.0 S. in San Bernardino,
and the same display to be used at the Los Angeles County Fair in
Pomona. All prize money from both Fairs is to be retained by Design
Enterprises as final payments. Fruit for both Fairs is to be supplied
by the City of Redlands..
All of the above work to be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner according to standard
practices for the sum ofFive Hundred Fifty Plus/all prize moiso ars ($ 5SC)0C)n )
Payments to be made $550.00 down at time of exhibit sketch acceptance.
as the work progresses
to the value of ---- per cent ( --- %) of all work completed. The entire
amount of contract to be paid within ---- days after completion.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost of material or labor will
only be executed upon written orders for same, and will become an extra charge over the sum mentioned
in this contract. All agreements must be made in writing.

in the above proposal, for which WE agree to pay the amount mentioned in said proposal,
and according to the terms thereof
