The purpose of this agreement by and between the Redlands Recreation
Cormission €;.n,d the Y.M.C.A. is to lease the Young Menus Christian
Association softball field for the period from May 1, 1967 to
September 1, 1967. The field is located at 500 East Citrus Avenue,
Redlands, California, adjacent to the Y.M.C.A. Building.
For the use of the Y.I;.C.A. softball field, the Redlands Recreation
Commission agrees as follows:
1. Use the field for softball only on Monday through Saturday
nights inclusive.
2. Pay to the Y.M.C.A. a charge for water and lights as
followsr
a.. >60.00 per month for lights
b. $60.00 per month for grater
3. Maintain and keep the softball playing field in a neat and
orderly condition.
4. Control the operation of the lighting from the softball field,
so a Y.M.C.A. attendant is not required to be on duty.
y. Provide liability insurance coverage for all activities
conducted unifier this lease.
6. Control the conduct of players and spectators so that the
principles of good sportsmanship tire consttirtly practiced.

AGREMMOT ON LIGHTING FIXTURES AT Y.M.C.A. FIELD
The Recreation Commission has agreed to improve the lighting
oonditions on the softball field at the Y.-M.C.A.
The purpose of this agreement between the Y.M.C.A. and the
Recreation. Commission is to assure the Commission that fixtures
installed by this body may be removed by said Commission at their
preference and installed on city or school property at a later
date.
The present lighting on the Y.T.C.A. will not be removed,
only wires disconnected, and when the reoreatian lights are
removed, wires will be connected again to the Y.if.C.A. lights.
