I, Salome Yglesias, do hereby agree that I will furnish to
the City of Redlands the following described equipment, fully
operated, for cleaning lots in conjunction with the 1967 Weed
Abatement Program:
Tractor and Operator
Lawn Mower and Operator
Handwork
Truck and Operator
$7.50 per hour
$3.50 per hour
$ 2. 25 per hour
$7.50 per hour or
$15.00 per load
I further agree that I shall not request any additional
payment beyond the hourly rates noted above.
I shall submit my hours worked to the City of Redlands and
agree to accept payment on normal City of Redlands pay periods.
I hereby state that I will hold the City of Redlands and its
representatives harmless from damage claims and I have, in force,
insurance in the following amounts:
Liability insurance with limits of 100,000 -
300,000 Bodily Injury.
Property Damage - 50,000
