1 John H. Bolson and Mary Ella Bolson, husband and wife, joint
2 tenant owners of that real property known as 832 Sherwood Street,
3 Redlands, California, Lot 33, Tract No. 4642, Palm Fields , as per
4 plat recorded in Book 57 of Maps, page 19, records of said County,
5 personally agree that upon fifteen days written notice from the city
6 of Redlands they will remove or have removed the Catch Basin lo-
7 cated on the south easterly portion of the property extending five
8 feet in from the boundary.
9 It is further agreed that in the event such demand is not com-
10 plied with, John H. Bolson and Mary Ella Bolson waive any damage
11 which may result from the City of Redlands negligence in removing
12 said Catch Basin.
13 Said agreement is only binding upon John H. Bolson and Mary
14 Ella Bolson providing the city issues its permit allowing the build-
15 ing now in existence upon the property to be extended a distance of
16 twelve feet toward the southerly boundaries of the property to a
17 distance five feet from said boundary.
