USE AGREEMENT
CITY OF REDLANDS
POLICE PISTOL RANGE
This agreement, made this 12th day of June 1967, by and
between Lockheed Propulsion Company, hereinafter called Lockheed,
and the City of Redlands, hereinafter called "City":
WITNESSETH:
That for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, City does hereby grant Lockheed, here-
inafter sometimes called "Licensee", permission to use the Redlands
Police Department Pistol Range, located at Safety Hall, Redlands,
California under the below listed conditions:
1. Licensee covenants as follows:
a. To use the Police Pistol Range for firing of pistols
only, during hours and times prescribed by the Chief of Police of
the City of Redlands.
b. To commit no waste or nuisance on the premises.
C. To hold City harmless from any liability for any dam-
age to any person or property on or in the Pistol Range in connection
with the Lockheed Propulsion Company's use of said Pistol Range.
d. To provide insurance liability coverage satisfactory to
the City while using the Pistol Range. Evidence of liability coverage
shall be in a certificate in amounts and in form accepted in writing
by the City.
e. To use the Range only when a Rangemaster assigned
by the Redlands Police Department is present on the Range at all times.
f. To obey any and all instructions given by the Police
Department Rangemaster concerning all firing, use of firearms, and
other conduct and activities on the Range.
g. To furnish all supplies and equipment required while
using the Range.
2. Termination: It is mutually agreed as follows:
That City may cancel this Use Agreement at any time by
giving notice in writing either by personal delivery or registered
mail.
3. Notices: All notices sent by mail shall be addressed as
follows:

212 Brookside Avenue
Redlands, California 92373
Notice by mail shall be deemed completed at the expiration
of the third day after the day of mailing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Lockheed has caused this Use Agreement
to be executed and to be signed by J. E. Coke and has hereunto set
its hand the day and year first above written.
