AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, by and between MILTON HILL and
RECO R. HILL, husband and wife, hereinafter called "Hills", and CA
HOWARD L. 4ARNETT and MARIE F. BARNETT, husband and wife, ka
hereinafter called "Barnetts. "
RECITALS
1. Hills own the real property situated in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of
this agreement.
2. Barnetts own the real property situated in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly
described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part of
this agreement.
COVENANTS
The parties hereto, Hills and Banzetts, agree as follows:
1. To share the costs on a pro -rasa basis of the parties'
front footage abutting Redlands Boulevard of installation
of an eight inch water pipeline and the fire hydrant
shown on the drawing attached to this agreement as
Exhibit "C" in the following proportions:
a. Hills shall pay 1/2 of the first One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000) of such costs.
b. Barnetts shall pay 1/2 of the first One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000) of such costs, and Barnetts shall pay
all of the costs in excess of said One Thousand
Dollars ($1, 000).
2. To record this agreement as a covenant running with the
land and binding upon the parties hereto, their assignees, heirs,
