HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_16-1967AMENDMENT NO. 2 CITY OF REDLANDS DATE JULY 1 196 AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY entered into by and between the City of Redlands , hereinafter referred to as "the City", and the Department of Public Works of the State of California, acting by and through the Division of Highways, hereinafter called "the Department". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, as Agreement for maintenance of State highways, as provided for in Section 130 of the Streets & Highways Code, was executed by the City June 2 , 19 64 and by the Depart- ment July 3 .. , 19 64 , and WHEREAS, said Agreement by its terms provides that it may be modified or amended at any time upon mutual consent of the parties; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto now desire that said Agreement be amended, NOW, THEREFORE, it is understood and agreed that said Agreement be and the same is hereby amended in accordance with the attached pages dated July 1 _, 196? and numbered 11- &-L+, which attached pages shall be substituted for like numbered pages in said Agreement, and shall cancel and supersede such like numbered pages, becoming a part of said Agreement for all purposes® In all other respects, said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect., Amendment No. 2 July 1, 1967 21. ROUTE DESCRIPTION Route length No. Miles Description of Routing 10 5.62 Freeway from west City limit at Mountain View Avenue to City limit line 200 feet east of Mountain View Avenue, a length of approximately 0.04 male for this portion, of which half width lies within the City, and from west City limit 1,950 feet west of Alabama Street to east City limit at Wabash Avenue, a length of approximately 5.35 miles for this portion, of which half width from 1,950 feet west of Alabama Street to 1,350 feet east of Alabama Street, approx- imately 0.63 mile, lies within the City; also, a stub: Ocean. to Ocean Highway, from Morrison Street to Freeway, a length of approximately 0.23 mile for this portion; a total length of approximately 5.62 miles. 38 5.30 Orange Street, from Route 10 to Lugonia Avenue, from Orange Street to east City limit at Wabash Street, a length of approx- imately 3.0? miles for this portion; also, Mill Creek Road, from City limit two miles east of Wabash Street at Amethyst Street to City limit 0.16 mile east of Amethyst Street, a length of approximately 0.16 mile for this portion; also, from the City limit 0.44 mile east of Amethyst Street to 1.06 miles east of Amethyst Street approximately 0.62 mile, of which one-half width lies within the City; also, from the City limit 1.68 miles east of Amethyst Street to 1.84 miles east of Amethyst Street a distance of approximately 0.16 mile; also, from the City limit 2.37 males east of Amethyst Street to 2.86 miles east of Amethyst Street approximately 0.49 male; also, from the City limit a distance of 3.10 miles east of Amethyst Street to 3.13 miles east of Amethyst Street, a distance of approximately 0.03 mile; also, Colton Avenue to Calhoun Street to Sixth Street, and Sixth Street, from Colton Avenue to Route 10 east- bound on -ramp, a length of approximately 0.55 male for this portion; also, Pearl Avenue, from Eureka Street to Orange Street, a length of approximately 0.22 male for this portion; a total length of approximately 5.30 miles. -11- Amendment No. 2 July 1, 1967 ROUTE LENGTH MAXIMUM EXPENDITURE NO. WOMACK STATE HIGHWAY ENGINEER,, n Bf Deputy State Highway Engineer RESOLUTION NO. 2612 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS VTHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 2 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State highway in the City of Redlands , dated July 1®_1967 , WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 2 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Reaiands that said Amendment Number 2 is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
