OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR REDLANDS BOULEVARD, ALABAMA STREET AND COLTON
AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
This Amendment to Agreement("Amendment") is made and entered into this 2nd day of January
2007, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and Paragon Partners Ltd.
("Consultant"). it,V
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein,City and Consultant agree to the following
amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated June 21, 2005 (hereinafter the
"Agreement"):
A. Attachment "A", Negotiation and Acquisition section, is hereby amended to include the
following additional scope of services:
17. Paragon will provide reappraisal of the area to be acquired for right-of-way owned by San
Bernardino Water Conservation District.
18. Paragon will process and negotiate with Dill Lumber to accomplish full take of their
property.
19. Extend negotiation with Sears Holding for a land purchase to mitigate property owned by
Redlands 7111 Associates. Paragon will provide reappraisal of a land to be purchased if
deemed necessary.
20. Extend negotiations with Me Donald's; San Bernardino Water Conservation District;
Miles/Schalberg; David Morvai, et al; and Pep Boys.
B. Attachment"C" is hereby amended,which shall read as follows:
Total Compensation:
The compensation is based on Time and Materials not to exceed$123,480.00 at the fee schedule attached.
Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this Amendment,Consultant shall continue to be obligated
to perform all of the Services described in Exhibit "A" to the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of the parties have signed in confirmation of this
Second Amendment to Agreement.
