FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY APPRAISAL AND ACQUISITION FOR THE
REDLANDS BOULEVARD AT ALABAMA STREET AND COLTON
AVENUE PROJECT
This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement to provide services for right-of-
way appraisal and acquisition for the Redlands Boulevard at Alabama Street and Colton Avenue
project dated February 20, 201'. Z-1
), (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation("City"), and Paragon Partners Ltd.("Consultant"),is made and entered into
this 3'd day of September, 2013.
RECITALS
WHERE-AS,it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Exhibit"A7 to the Agreement
for the provision of additional services by Consultant and to correspondingly increase Consultant's
compensation for the same, City and Consultant hereby agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Exhibit"A"to the Agreement is hereby amended to replace the first bulleted
item to read as follows:
Property appraisals and revised legal descriptions and exhibit maps for the following parcels:

0 APN 169-362-11
0 APN 169-362-15
0 APN 292-157-16
0 APN 292-157-31
0 APN 292-157-05 (1 of 2)

Right of Entry appraisals and revised legal descriptions and exhibit maps for the following
parcels:

Section 2. Section 5.1 of the Agreement,relating to Consultant's compensation is hereby
amended to read as follows: 1
"5.1 The total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed the
amount of Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars ($63,990). City shall pay

Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount, in accordance
with Exhibit"B" entitled"Project Costs," and based upon the hourly rates shown in
Exhibit"C," entitled "Rate Schedule." Both Exhibits "B" and "C" are attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference."
Section 3. The second and third paragraphs of Article 5 of this Agreement"Payments
to Consultant," shall be renumbered as 5.2 and 5.3, respectively.
All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective
as of September 3, 2013.
