This agreement, entered into this day of
1968, by and between the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called "City" and Marvin R. Nymeyer ana Marie C. Nymeyer,
hereinafter called "Owner".
The City of Redlands in attempting to serve the people, will
agree to install an 8-inch vitrified clay pipe sewer line for and
in consideration of the mutual covenants herein set forth,
1. That the City shall construct the following improvements;
a. Excavate ana install at an approximate depth of
6 feet, an 8-inch vitrified clay pipe sewer line
within the agreed easement.
2. The City will disassemble existing barbed wire fence
and upon completion of said sewer line installation,
will replace fence in good order.
3. The City will allow property owner one sewer connection
into new line, and provide Y-branch for same.
4. That the Owner shall deed to the City a 15 foot ease -
went for sewer line purposes.

Item 3 of Agreament dated February 28, 1968, by and
between the City of Ted cis, a Municipal Corporation,
and Marvin R. Nymeyer and Marie C. NymAyer, shall be
changed to read:

connection.
