I have been able to run coaches and little league clinics in the
last year in conjunction with Bud Shirtcliff's department. In
other words, I have made three free appearances for the City
of Redlands.
If you have: any further questions regarding this situation, I
think Bud Shirtcliff could fill you in on it. We work very well
tog ether.

As you know, the Council requested that I negotiate and work out an
agreement with Mr. Piersall for his Baseball School on our Community
Ball Field, in July.
The terms requested by the Council were, payment of business license,
provision of required insurance, and maintaining the field. The
attached letter from Mr. Piersall states that he will do all these
things requested. The business license is in the amount of $10.00.
My question is: -
Do you feel that his letter is sufficient for use as an
agreement rather than having to draw up an actual agree-
ment form to state the same things? {`
