WHEREAS, by a document recorded on the 13th day of July,

thereof, Records of San Bernardino County, Thomas J.'Ditchfield
and Emer P. Ditchfield, hereinafter called "Applicant".
entered into agreement with the City of Redlands, a Municipal
Corporation, hereinafter called 'City►+, and
WHEREAS, by said document Applicant agreed to provide or
participate in providing certain public improvement as
required to obtain City approval of Applicant's real property
division, and
WHEREAS, Applicant has fulfilled the conditions contained
in said agreement.
THEREFORE, City does hereby release Applicant, his assignees,
heirs, mortgagees and successors in interest from those
covenants contained in said agreement.
