AND BERNARD F. BUNIM (RELEASE, CANCELLATION,
AND WAIVER
FOR AND IN consideration of the payment by the City
of Redlands of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00),
the undersigned hereby releases said City from any and all
obligations or .liabilities for the cutting of trees, chipping
of wood, removal of firewood, and any"other grovework described
in Purchase Order Number-0843 and Purchase Requisition Number
091'+4 of the City of Redlands, or any other agreement, oral
or written, by and between the undersigned and said City,
and undersigned cancels said agreements and waivers any and
all claims against the City for any work performed in Hillside
Cemetery, including citrus acreage in such cemetery.
