The agreement between San Bernardino Valley College and the City
of Redlands, dated November 7, 1968, covering water and sewer
services to Crafton Hills College is hereby amended as follows.
1. The beginning date for repayment to the College for
facilities constructed and the beginning date for the
ten year reimbursement period for future connections
to pipeline facilities shall be amended to read
March 1, 1973.
2. The second section under Water Service on Page 3 shall
be amended to replace the term "two million gallon
reservoir" with the term "a future reservoir".
3. The total actual cost to the City is established as
$120, 707.81 consisting of $94,091 72 for water facilities
and $26,616. 09 for sewer facilities. This total shall be
repaid to the College by the City in annual installments
of ten per cent for a period of ten years with no interest
charged
