The undersigned, Wilson Heard, 706 West Fern Avenue, Redlands,
California, hereby agrees to rent the premises at 21 West
Colton Avenue, Redlands, California, to the Redlands Ambulance
Company for the period June 1, 1969, to November 31, 1970, at
the rate of $183.O0 per month. I further agree to grant the
Redlands Ambulance Company an option to extend this rental
agreement at the monthly rate of $183.00 for the period Dec-
ember 1, 1970, to May 3, 1971, or any lesser portion thereof.
Notice of the exercise of this option must be given me by
November 1, 1970.

The undersigned, Leroy Gish, owner of the Redlands Ambulance
Service, hereby agrees to rent the premises at 21 West Colton
Avenue, Redlands, California from Mr. Wilson Heard for the
period June 1, 1969, to November 31, 1970, at the rate of $183.00
per month. I hereby authorize the City of Redlands to make the
required $183.00 monthly rental payments direct to Mr. Wilson
Heard, and deduct same from the monthly payments due the Redlands
Ambulance Company under the terms of the existing City of
Redlands - Redlands Ambulance Company Franchise.
