ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE BIG LEAGUE DREAMS
PORTION OF THE REDLANDS SPORTS PARK
This Agreement is made and entered into this 15th day ofApril 2003,by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation("City"), and Purkiss-Rose-RSI("Consultant").
In consideration ofthe mutual promises contained herein,City and Consultant agree to the following
amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated May 7, 2002 (hereinafter the
"Agreement"):
Section 1. In addition to those services listed in Exhibit"A"to the Agreement,Consultant shall
provide additional services as listed in Appendix I(March 26,2003 letter fromPurkiss-Rose-RSI titled
Redlands Big League Dreams Project,(02-123)Agreement for Additional Services Request,Change
Order Number Five),
Section2.In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 oftheAgreement,
and the amount authorized in the first amendment Consultant shall be paid the additional sum of$8,700.00
for the additional services described in Section 1, above. The total compensation now payable to
Consultant pursuant to the Agreement is$493,414.00.
Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by June 10,2003.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,duly authorized representatives ofthe parties have signed in confirmation of
this Third Amendment to Agreement.
