AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO THE
AGREEMENT T4 FURNISH CONSULTING SERVICES
FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THREE WELLS AND GROUNDWATER ASSESSMENT
IN SAN TIMOTEG AND LIVE OAR CANYONS
This Amendment authorizes the Consultant to provide services
during well construction and development for the Mill Creek
2A Replacement Well in accordance with the Agreement dater
August 3 , 1988 and this Amendment .
This Amendment makes the following changes to the Agreement;
all other provisions of the Agreement remain in effect .
